Toon Titan 4 UPDATED!
Toon Titan has now been updated for compatibility with the all new Adobe Flash CS3. This service update is available to all Toon itan 4 licesees who are making the upgrade to Flash CS3.
NOTE: This update is strictly a compatibility rease and sould not be installed unless you are using Flash CS3. Everyone else using Flash 7 or 8 should continue using the prefectly stable Toon Titan 4.2 |

A panel of three judges will choose the winning entries based on
the following criteria: complexity, creativity, and downright fun
